Good to me because I just wanted place to sleep

It is not good for long stay.

Very accommodating host.

I wasn't there but I did the booking for my granddad and uncles.They really enjoyed their stay and they are quite happy with how they were received on arrival day aswell their time their.

Their wasn't a thing they didn't like. Everything was good.

Location was fine. Really appreciated the fact that we could park inside the premises, behind a locked gate. Beautiful garden. Room was water-cooled, which was very welcome in the Upington heat. Beds were great with the very firm matrasses. We were sorted with towels, cups, coffee, sugar, milk, rusks, plates, cutlery etc - thank you.

1. We were in room 7. My friend went to use the bathroom, which is separate from the toilet. I had to use the toilet while she was in the bathroom. After I used the loo, I discovered that I had nowhere to wash my hands.... there is no basin in the room. I was forced to wait for my friend to come out of the bathroom, so that I could go wash my hands at the basin. I can quite comfortably life with all of the above, but I am not keen, at all, on having 'dirty' un-hygienic hands at the end of my arms if I know water is supposed to be close... This is a very basic need that I hope the guesthouse will urgently rectify. 2. There was no inside table to sit and eat supper or lunch. There was however a very nice table and chairs outside, in the shade, to utilize during day-time. At night the mosquitos were our enemy. We sat on our beds to enjoy dinner - this is not a bad thing, not just professional. 3. There is not basin or tap inside the room. We had to go to the bathroom to collect water in the kettle for tea. 4. In the room, close to the beds, in the ceiling, is a 'manhole'. The lid of the manhole is very loose fitting, and every time my friend or I left the room to go to the toilet or bathroom down the passage, the extremely tight fitting door going out to the passage, caused the manhole-lid to lift and fall down due to air-suction in the room - very noisy and disturbing when trying to fall asleep in a strange place.
