The place was good and clean. Location is also nice
The gym or the recreation areas were closed. There roof in the bathroom was leaking.

OSI does a great job at managing their properties. I’ve always been satisfied with the experience.
The geyser wasn’t functioning. The iron rod given for the hot water was inconvenient and there was a bucket already there. With a big hole on the side, because someone forgot to switch off the heating rod hanging from the side.

I have been to OSI Apartments a few times now and the stay has always been pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, there's always enough amenities in the kitchen to be utilised. The air condition and the TV works just fine. There so many things around, accessible restaurants, malls, shops etc. In all a comfortable stay.
The bathrooms have always been a problem, it's always smelly. Right when I first entered the bathroom, there was a stink. I tried to open the bathroom window for a bit but it was of no help. The tap of the shower was broken, water always leaking, the floor seemed slippery and what not. It's always a huge let down.

Cleanliness and specially bathroom not clean. Probably forgot to clean the bathroom before next guest checked in.
