Lieu avec un très fort potentiel. Quelques points à améliorer. Le logement est vraiment au calme et je pense le plus isolé disponible sur l’île ! C’est un excellent point pour éviter la foule et pour se ressourcer. La vue depuis les bungalows est incroyable. Les bungalows sont équipés uniquement du strict nécessaire, un lit, une moustiquaire et un ventilateur. Cela peut être gênant pour les personnes qui supportent mal la chaleur car l’établissement ne dispose pas de Clim. Les coupures d’électricité (énergie solaire uniquement) sont courantes en milieu de nuit jusqu’à l’aube. Pas de Wifi en chambre. Les gérants sont aux petits soins et sont disponibles en permanence à l’accueil ou par téléphone. Mise à disposition de Cannes à pêches et d’appâts pour passer le temps. La restauration sur place y est bonne et les tarifs abordables. Vous pouvez également louer des scooters en vous adressant aux gérants. (10$ la journée) attention aux « routes » qui sont pour la plupart des chemins accidentés. La plage où la baignade est permise se trouve à une bonne vingtaine de minutes de marche mais rien d’infaisable. Le « bateau » de l’hôtel est une barque en résine avec petit moteur, qui n’a pas résisté aux conditions récentes de l’océan. À notre arrivée nous avons appris qu’elle avait coulée la veille à cause des vagues.. pas de navette possible vers Lilys Beach mais ils se sont organisés et on fait transiter nos bagages par scooter.

Du fait de sa localisation dans le nord de l’île, l’endroit est beaucoup moins touristique que le sud et nous n’avons pas pu faire l’activité bateau en après-midi pourtant recommandée par message par le gérant (snorkeling/fishing/plancton) car il n’y avait pas assez de monde… incroyable. Nous avons séjournez 6 nuits, aucun ménage ne nous as été proposé… nous devions réclamer du papier toilette et des changements de serviettes. De nombreux plats sur la carte du restaurant étaient finalement non disponible faute de denrées… L’océan ramène beaucoup de déchets plastiques sur les plages et environs, ce n’est évidement pas de la faute de l’hôtel. Cependant il aurait été appréciable qu’autour des bungalows qui se trouvent à 100m du rivage, que les déchets soient ramassés…

The location is lovely for a few days of complete relaxation on the hammock with fantastic views or on the loungers on the jetty. No beach but can swim from the jetty and walk to Lonely beach (about 30 mins - stick to path next to the sea) or the staff will take you by boat for free and collect you later. 2 other restaurants there. Good, helpful staff and some speak very good English.

The menu. It appeared a nice selection at first but a lot of the items were not available and no fish for 2 nights in a row which is surprising on an island. Although I appreciate a lot is brought in from the mainland. Food was not great taste or quality. Was a bit disappointed that the sister restaurant on Lonely had exactly the same menu. The restaurant was also closed when we went down a couple of times (once at 8.30 which was before closing time of 9 so went hungry!). Take snacks as nothing close by. We also rented a moped which had a faulty back brake, ran out of fuel (was supposed to be fall) and no working lights. Staff were aware of these faults but be careful if you are not an experience bike rider.

Fantastic location to really switch off. On a long weekend from phnom penh and great place to chill. Good food, good size serves, and reasonable selection given location. Very easy and quick communication via booking and telegram. They organise tuk tuk/boat to get there and back. Rooms nicely set up with proper (cold) fresh water shower and western toilet, comfortable bed and decent fan. Had rain 2 nights and room didn't leak . Nice family that run it. I wouldn't come to Cambodia to snorkle, but if here, this is one of the better spots. Some coral, lots fish and very pretty clams, just watch sea urchin. Beach kept clean and water clear. The best spot was at the end of the next beach next to rocks in the direction of Lily's (past old house). Short walk there. Just note you are on edge of jungle, so lots of bugs, no AC or hot water, and WiFi best in common area ( my cellcard struggled); take plenty of mosquito repellent.

Nothing. My only suggestion is to have somewhere to sit in the room.

No AC & no fan in the room, boiling hot all night & mosquitoes in the room everywhere.
