Modern studio at very central location. Great facilities and safe

Check in times is at 14:30 which is quite late. Also the room was too hot but couldn’t change the thermostat. Minor things.

We had a fantastic stay in this very modern apartment, perfectly located in the city center with everything within easy reach. The apartment was stylish, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. We also greatly appreciated being allowed to check in earlier, which was a wonderful bonus.

È la terza volta che soggiorno presso Manderla a Bratislava e ogni volta conferma le aspettative. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: nel pieno centro città, comoda per tutto, ma allo stesso tempo l’ambiente rimane tranquillo e rilassante. L’appartamento è moderno , curato nei dettagli, molto pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Ho apprezzato ancora una volta la qualità del letto, la comodità degli spazi e l’atmosfera elegante ma accogliente. Il check-in è semplice e organizzato alla perfezione, mentre la comunicazione con lo staff è sempre stata veloce, gentile e professionale. Quando torno a Bratislava ormai è una certezza: mi sento quasi a casa. Consigliatissimo sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi. Ci tornerò sicuramente ancora!

Convenient location. Great 65" Samsung OLED TV with excellent picture quality. Teka kitchen appliances are modern and high quality, although the controls are not intuitive — it took some time to figure them out. The apartment is new and looks neat and modern at first glance.

The main issue is the café exhaust fans located directly under the bedroom windows. There is a constant loud humming noise 24/7. It’s impossible to sleep, whether the windows are open or closed. This is not mentioned in the listing. All windows face a blank, worn-out wall. There is no view and very little natural daylight — it feels enclosed and uncomfortable. The listing clearly advertises accommodation for three guests, and we specifically booked it for three people. However, in reality it is suitable for a maximum of two. The fold-out couch does not lie flat — when extended, the legs are about 20 cm lower than the back, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. For three guests, only 2 large and 2 small towels were provided. There was no third set available. The third set of bed linen looked unwashed. The sheet was old and stained. All pillows are excessively soft and uncomfortable, with no alternatives provided. The shower drains very poorly — water accumulates and takes a long time to go down. The toilet gets clogged constantly, even with regular toilet paper. Under the bed had clearly not been cleaned: we found a beer can, bottle caps, and napkins (see photos). The interior looks impressive in photos but feels uncomfortable in reality: there is glass everywhere — glass dining table, coffee table, glass partition between bedroom and living room, a mirror at the head of the bed, mirrored kitchen panel. It creates a sense of insecurity, especially if traveling with children. Check-in is from 4:30 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM — while clearly stated, with this level of comfort it feels especially rigid. For three people staying two days, only 2 coffee capsules and one cookie were provided — it feels like extreme cost-cutting on guests.
