Great place to stay in Milan, either for tourism or for a business trip. The procedure to enter autonomously the apartment is very clear thanks to a video, and convenient for a late arrival. The door is locked with a code, that is changed for every new traveler. As an alone woman, I felt safe during my stay. The interior of the apartment is amazing : modern, perfectly clean, with a batch of Italian specialties as a welcome gift. The contact person was easily reachable and the communication was smooth.
Be aware that there is a tourist tax to pay during your stay, preferably with cash, but finding an ATM in the neighborhood is not easy. The host notified me a couple of days before my arrival, so you can anticipate.
