Superbe petit studio très bien équipé, tout est de qualité et complet. Balcon côté nord avec vu sur la marina derrière les arbres, pas de vis à vis. 700m de la plage par un chemin piéton ombragé le long de la marina. Très bonne communication. Merci pour cette belle expérience

Situation idéale : proximité de la plage , des petits restaus et d'une supérette ..climatisation de l'appart , jolie vue de la terrasse ,calme de la copropriété.

La disponibilité et les explications de la propriétaire
Studio exigü dans résidence impersonnelle, couchage dans la cuisine, odeurs d'égout très désagréables dans le petit espace pour la douche, lits superposés avec matelas très fins et propreté à revoir, nous avons été déçues par rapport au descriptif et aux photos!
