Really clean, recently renovated and inside was great.
Both the play rooms where exactly as you see in the photos, plenty of whips and floggers on hand.
Lounge and kitchen are clean and has everything you need.
Mattress is firm but comfy.
Water pressure, running a bath took a long time.
Couldn’t figure the shower out other than getting it to cycle between scolding at freezing.

The play rooms are good fun
The pillows are incredibly cheap and uncomfortable, the shower is either freezing cold or scalding hot , the property is in the middle of a council estate , it’s advertised as soundproof but I could hear the neighbours next door ( both sides ) so I expect they could hear us ?
