2BR Apt in Proximity Hamilton with Carpark

The apartment is centrally located and has everything you need for a short stay. When viewing the photos I thought the apartment was much smaller, it turns out it is quite roomy and configured well. The price was excellent value especially in comparison to other properties in the area. The beds were very comfortable and communication with the manager was very easy and prompt

Restaurants and shops well located.

The traffic noise was disturbing if the doors were left open. Obviously, nothing that the host can change but made sleeping difficult the first night however the second night I closed the doors and was able to sleep uninterrupted.

Great location in Portside

Access to carpark & building & having to get keys from iGA was very annoying hard to get a park to collect them . Trying to work out how to get into the building was hard as no signs on doors saying access to Lifts & front office access was closed as renovating so only access from carpark . We had to ask someone how do we get in . We Found rubbish under couch in unit so cleaners are not good & a very stained couch covered up by a throw blanket & a very dirty mat under coffee table. The whole place could do with a refurbish & nicer linen on beds & more pillows . Felt like I was staying in someone’s house with their things in the cupboard ..
