Location and cleanliness, a spacious apartment with all the facilities promised. The company who owns it was in contact with me to ask if all was ok, if I needed any assistance etc.
The bed is very low and it is quite a climb to the apartment with luggage. It was fine but if you have mobility issues, it may not be for you. The keys had to be picked up in a nearby shop and I found things a little complicated completing the forms, e.g. it said 'front' which meant to upload a face photo. Now that I have done it once, I would know for next time.

Location is good close to Atocha railstation and local service, as well as metro, bus, train easy connection to old town. Silent at night, cozy decoration with full function kitchen, living room and bedroom with plenty of storage. The bed and linen are comfortable.

Acessibilidade pessima, sem elevador, cheiro de cigarro e deixou a desejar em limpeza. Quarto sem ar condicionado.
