Limpeza, localização, custo benefício, atenção da Geiza.
No período que fomos, não era verão, deixamos uma observação aos que vão nesse período. Pode ser que apenas ventiladores ( ainda que muito bons ) não suportem a temperatura verão.

A hospitalidade da anfitriã
BOX de banho muito apertado, para quem é mais alto ou gordinho pode ser tenso. A tomada para carregar o celular precisa ser fixada, está solta. O ventilador de teto podia ser mais perto da cama também, pois para usar o de pé tem o problema da tomada.
