Lokalizacja jest super, jako baza wypadowa, ale jest też na miejscu jezioro z pomostem (1300 m). Niestety, trafiłem na fatalną pogodę, więc nie mogę ocenić bazy związanej ze sprzętem wodnym. Około 1,5 km kościół i sklep, a 500 m dalej DINO, więc także zakupy łatwo ogarnąć. Do Ostródy 5 km, jeśli ktoś pragnie koniecznie miasta. Śniadań nie jadam, więc nie oceniam, ale jest duża lodówka z zamrażarką i bardzo miła, czysta kuchnia z wyjściem na taras. Pokoik (2 osobowy z łazienką i kabiną prysznicową) bardzo przytulny z widokiem na zielony (zwłaszcza latem) duży teren. Miejsce do grillowania, hamaki rozpięte między drzewami. Miejsce na wypoczynek w cieniu i w słońcu, co kto lubi. Fantastyczny, przesympatyczny i uczynny gospodarz, zawsze pod telefonem, nawet jeśli się oddala od domu.
Brakowało kontaktu w łazience, ale pewnie za chwilę się pojawi, bo widać, że obiekt się wciąż rozwija i poprawia funkcjonalność.
