Ausstattung und Einrichtung, Räumliche Aufteilung, Platz und Lage der Wohnung, WLAN Verfügbar.
Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung kalt. (Ca. 10 Grad, alle Heizungen waren aus. (Winter) Sitzmöbel und Auflagen auf der Terasse verlebt. Terassenüberdachung hat zum Teil gefehlt (defekt). Teilweise Wasserflecken an den Zimmerdecken. Eingangsbereich vor dem Haus erwägt den Eindruck, das das Haus nicht bewohnt ist. Altes Laub und unsauber. Generell Außenbereich und Balkone ungepflegt und nicht einladend. WC in einem Bad ist schief angebracht.

Die Lage
Einige Reparaturen wären notwendig. Der Staubsauger war nicht funktionsfähig, für die Bäder fehlten die Schlüssel, Abflüsse teilweise verstopft. Fernseher funktionierte nicht.
