The location… good transport links and eateries. Security…… There is a gate before you enter the grounds of the property. It’s a reasonable sized room….. not the room I booked, which may have bigger than this. ITVx available.
No hospitality prep was done;
No bathroom hand towels, cleaning product for shower, hand-wash in the bathroom
A lamp without a bulb dumped in the kitchenette….

Clock not displaying the right time.
……just lacked attention to detail, like I was staying there for free
