Location is good, improve signage to get there might be usefull. If you want to be close to nature and birds and stuff - ideal. Graham, the owner is very interesting and knows all the tourist spot for hiking, etc. Great to talk to and they a lovely dog,
Ablution facilities and lighting require serious attention.
