The property and the service. Suroj ( the caretaker?) and the family of the service staff ( husband wife duo) were very helpful.
Had difficulty in getting to the location mentioned. It was not easy to get response from the phone number listed - for whatever reason. They should provide an alternate contact number too and also give proper coordinates of the location. There was no signage outside the building showing the property no name.
Also some of the fixtures and fittings require attention - cupboard and window curtain rods, bathroom floor wiper, Also it will be helpful to have electrical switches properly marked
