De ligging aan de rand van het bos en het park.
De badkamers waren ietwat krap. Vooral de toiletten.

Luxe moderne inrichting
Dat de stroomcapaciteit niet voldoende is voor de apparatuur in het huis. Bij gebruik van meerdere elektrische apparaten wordt de stroomvoorziening overbelast en gestopt. Dit gebeurde twee avonden tijdens het koken.

We waren niet geïnformeerd dat we eigen handdoeken, theedoeken mee moesten nemen. Zeep, shampoo ook niet aanwezig. Geen kurkentrekker.
