Serene Farmhouse with Lake Views

Everything was fantastic and well-thought out, the attention to details and comfort was remarkable and much appreciated. Pretty garden with trampoline and a chicken coop, and calming lake views. We enjoyed it immensely, would love to come again for longer.

What a beautiful place to stay. From the moment we booked, the owners were easy to deal with, quick to respond and just genuinely lovely. The house itself is spacious and really well set up. There are heaps of spots to relax, whether you want to spread out on the lounges or sit around the dining table together. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, not just thrown together. It’s fully equipped too. Proper kitchen, heating and cooling, all the bits you actually need when you’re away. And I have to say… I never knew heated toilet seats were a thing, but now I get the hype. Bit life changing honestly. They’ve really thought about everyone staying there. Families, couples, even if you’ve got a dog with you, it just works. One of my favourite touches though… the chickens. Fresh eggs in the morning that they let you help yourself to. Such a small thing but it made it feel really special. We’d absolutely stay again.

Beautiful serene location, clean and spacious with accomodating facilities for comfort and warmth. Little kind additions of snacks, fresh farm eggs and guest slippers. Highly recommend and will hope to be back again. Thank you!

Instructions could have been a little clearer for Daikin and coffee machine. It was a very cold night and we couldn’t work out how to get the heating to the bedrooms, the coffee machine needed more beans and just had to guess where they went as we do not own one. Was noted that there was a hot tub but think it meant bathtub
