🏊🏊We booked the rooms mainly to enjoy the swimming pool, but unfortunately, we were not allowed to use the pool during the night. We had planned this trip with friends, and it was disappointing because the pool area during the daytime was too crowded with boys, which made us feel uncomfortable. That’s why we thought of using it at night, but we weren’t permitted. This really spoiled our mood, as our main reason for booking was the pool. We kindly request the management to review this policy and consider allowing guests to use the swimming pool at night as well.
🧐🧐Also, we request the management to please check the room windows, as it seems that the inside of the room is clearly visible from outside when the curtains move due to the fan. Kindly verify if the glass provides proper privacy and ensure it’s not an invisible or one-way mirror from the outside.
Please look into these issues for the comfort and privacy of guests.
