The location is perfect! Just one block from the main street of the area, with nice shops and many restaurants, plus the sponge docks, the park, and the lake. It is also a short trip away from the beaches.
I understand the house is constantly being remodeled, and it's turning out beautifully. The stairs and the entrance hall need a bit more lighting, especially at night.
