Затишна квартира з сучасним ремонтом. Є абсолютно все для комфортного проживання. Закритий жк, з охороною, з власним паркомісцем.В сусідньому будинку магазин Варус. З території жк видно море. Дуже хороші, приємні і щирі власники, все розповіли до дрібних деталей, що варто відвідати, та що де знаходиться. До моря 5-7 хвилин пішки , гальковий пляж , великим плюсом було те , що там завжди мало людей. Якщо хочеться більш де людно, золотий берег в 10 хвилинах їзди авто там і лежаки і бунгало , і всі можливі ресторани. Підсумовуючи проживання в квартирі: Чистота -10/10, комфорт -10/10, затишок-10/10, місцерозташування 10/10. Якщо в наступному році будуть здавати, ми знову повернемось .
