Newly-furnished 1BR with Balcony near MRT Mandaluyong

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it tended to feel stuffy and trapped odors. An air freshener would also help improve the overall bathroom experience., but overall it did not affect my stay.

The view from the balcony was relaxing. The stay was so comfortable the room was so clean and everything that we need is there. Location is very convenient and it is near from greenfields food truck fest if you’re hungry. Overall10/10 highly recommend. Thank you very much for the host 😁

Everything worked great. Clean, cozy, and convenient. This is a great room in a great building and central location with a beautiful view. Will definitely return!

Good location, a small shopping mall within the same complex and easy to check in. All the basic amenities, such as a kettle, mugs and stove were available in the apartment - sufficient for a short stay. There was also a washing machine and a very large TV with Netflix.

The place was rather small and cheaply furnished. Unpleasant, white lighting. Good only for sleeping (the bed was comfortable), not for spending time or working inside. The bathroom fan was as noisy as a motorcycle engine. There was no shower gel or soap provided. It also turned out that despite the building having common facilities, including pools and a gym, none of them were available for short-term guests - not even for a fee. That was quite disappointing.
