Výhodou je parkovanie na pozemku, klimatizácia, terasa so sedením, veľká záhrada, bazénik. Na pohľad, vnútri veľmi vkusne zariadené.
Zanedbaný záhradný nábytok (ratanové kreslo s obrovskou dierou a pod.), čistota (špinavá mraznička, zanesená kanvica, prach, neporiadok v skrinkách). Problém so zamykaním dverí (to nám bolo oznámené pri preberaní). Veľký problém s mravcami aj keď sme mali celý čas zatvorené okná aj dvere (presne kvôli hmyzu), večer sa celé prízemie zamorilo mravcami, najhoršie to bolo na záchode, kde bola v rohu nejaká nádobka pravdepodobne na prípravok proti mravcom no nič v nej nebolo. Bohužiaľ mravce nakoniec preliezali až hore k posteli, veľmi nepríjemné.
