Gostei da gentileza e disponibilidade de todos os profissionais, desde a recepção, Sara e Wendell, fantásticos. Já no café da manhã só não foi perfeito, por que o Cléber estava sozinho e mesmo assim deu um show de cordialidade e atendimento, sempre com um sorriso no rosto, e muito disposto e disponível, mesmo eu perguntando se precisava de algo para ajudar ele, ele sozinho, com salão cheio, feito um ovo de forma específica e nos atendeu, eu e minha esposa, e não deixou ninguém sem ser atendido...

They have 2 different rooms in the hotel - 2 wide pleasant rooms and the rest are narrow and quite uncomfortable - especially with regards to the price you pay. We had a strong smell of sewage in the smaller room, which was quite disturbing and we asked to vacate our room because of that. We stayed 3 night in the bigger pleasanter room and after one night in the smaller one we had enough. We moved to a much better and cheaper hotel with new and comfortable room. Their breakfast is OK, no more, no less. We would not return. I have to stress that the lady at the reception was extremely helpful and accomodating. It was not her fault that the sewage smell was horrible. She deserves all the credit for our positive experience in this hotel.
