La vicinanza al parco e la possibilità di andare in centro con una navetta che passava ogni 10 minuti quindi non c'è bisogno della macchina. Struttura spaziosa e von molti armadi/ripiani e cucina semplice
Bagno molto piccolo (soprattutto la doccia). È da ristrutturare. I mobili sono ikea molto comodi e ben tenuti ma il resto è da rinnovare. Anche il materasso matrimoniale da sostituire. Procedura del check in e apertura palazzo troppo lunga. Snellite un po'! Per il costo mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

- There was hair in the shower, although the rest of the apartment was properly cleaned.
- The wifi didn't work for the first three days of my stay and the communication for resolving the issue was suboptimal.
- Using the oven simultaneously with one a/c and one room light would result in the power going out.
- Consumables were very stringent; only two toilet rolls were supplied for a 7-day stay, no extra garbage bags, and there wasn't even one bottle of water in the fridge or a portion of coffee/tea to accommodate the guest for the first couple of hours upon arrival.
