O local dispõe de uma boa garagem, com controle remoto do portão, o que ajuda muito nos dias de chuva. A casa tem uma Tv excelente com aplicativos de streaming, como Netflix. Tem utensílios de cozinha, uma boa cama e ar condicionado. Além disso, a roupa de cama e as toalhas estavam limpas e com cheirinho de amaciante. A anfitriã foi super gentil e atenciosa.
O acesso a casa é por meio de uma escada caracol de ferro, o que para alguns pode dificultar e pode ser perigoso. A água do local tem um cheiro de água ferruginosa e o chuveiro não tinha pressão, o que dificulta tomar banho. Além disso, a água da torneira da pia da cozinha é muita fraca.
