Nestled atop one of the highest lots along serene Tarpon Pond, this lovingly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage spans 1,473 sq ft of comfort and coastal charm!

Light-filled living space: The enclosed screened porch now serves as a sunlit sunroom—ideal for sipping morning coffee or unwinding with a book.Smart sleeping arrangements: In addition to the three bedrooms, the loft area includes two twin Murphy beds, and there’s a finished room off the loft with bunk beds and a full bath—perfect for families or groups Stylish renovation: The kitchen has been opened up and freshly updated including a new dishwasher creating an inviting gathering hub Modern comfort: A brand-new HVAC system installed in November ensures year-round comfort for all guests Convenience and practicality: Enjoy an outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after beach days—and carport parking for two.

On-site amenities: Access to a marina, golf course, fitness center, equestrian facilities, tennis courts, pool, and even RV/boat storage Prime setting: Quiet, elevated, and peaceful, with easy access to local beaches and natural beauty.

*Please note that in order to access Seabrook Island amenities, guests must purchase an amenity pass directly. The pass must be purchased within 48 hours of your stay dates from the Seabrook Island website and more info will be provided after your booking.
