Médina Charme Riad and Spa

Propre, très bien placé et surtout le personnel très agréable et sympathique

Rien de particulier

The breakfast is great! They cook it personally for you when you want. You can eat downstairs or outside on the rooftop. The food was great so much food. we had a special dinner cooked for us one night off the menu. We knew nothing about Moroccan food so we had the staff choose for us. The food was absolutely amazing! It was cooked personally for us and delivered to us personally we ate upstairs on the rooftop terrace in the evening. There was so much food we couldn't eat at all but oh my gosh it was so amazing! This place is beautiful well decorated a very peaceful and calm place as a small pool on the inside in the middle, our room was downstairs by the pool and we never heard anything it was so quiet. The rooftop paris was great very relaxing the tables up there and chairs to eat or there was a covered area with couches and chairs that you could just relax or read or whatever. The best thing about this place was the staff. I cannot say enough about how incredible these people were. there were 4 staff -simo, nabil, khadija, mouna. We dealt primarily with simo &!nabil - one on days, one on night. They are the ones that showed us to a room who got us anything we needed who gave us directions suggestions advice et cetera. They were so accommodating always wanting to make sure that we had everything we needed was there anything else they could help us with et cetera you cannot drive actually to this place so they met us at our car which was about a five minute walk and grabbed our luggage and walked us to and from the place. They were funny and kind and knowledgeable and ridiculously accommodating. the other two we only a little bit but really did not deal with personally one was the cook and I'm not exactly sure the role of the other one but as I've already mentioned the food was amazing so I can't praise her enough. Staying here it was without a doubt one of the greatest experiences I want to thank everyone forgiving us such a special experience

everything was absolutely perfect

Lo staff gentilissimo e premuroso

La colazione un po’ monotona e mancava di un pochino di frutta o verdura, ma buona comunque.

Petit déjeuner impeccable
