It was a great location for the event we were attending at the Excel and the facilities in the house were good - enough rooms and bathrooms and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. Good value compared to alternatives too.
I had to message to understand how to access the house and when we arrived it was a bit strange as there was food in the fridge freezer and cupboards. The bathrooms could do with a spruce up, the shower temperature was inconsistent and we couldn't get any of the TVs to work.
