Alica was absolutely amazing! This was my first trip outside the United States, so I was a little anxious about staying in an apartment without a front desk. I couldn’t have been more wrong to worry. Alica was incredibly kind, answered all of my questions right away, and made the entire process so easy. She went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Truly an exceptional experience!
