Check-in was well-communicated and easy. The kitchen was well-equipped with full-size refrigerator, gas range, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, and sharp knives. The facilities were clean, quiet, and safe.
The only challenge for me was getting to the property from the Ameixoeira metro station the first time because there are many turns and several flights of outdoor stairs (going down) to navigate, which is difficult when hauling wheeled luggage. After my arrival I discovered that the Senhor Roubado station, though a little further, is much easier to walk to/from the property. Also, directions from Senhor Roubado to the property are much simpler.

The owner was very communicative, the area was very calm and nice, check-in was smooth, it was clean and overall good value for money.
The walls were so thin that you can hear the neighbours speaking very loudly until late evening. However if you have earplugs that problem will be solved.
