Preis-Leistungsverhaltnis sehr gut. Komfortables Zimmer. Gut beheizt. Im Haus ausreichend Bäder und Küchen. Das Haus war nicht überbelegt. Der Hof mit vielen Pferden und Ponys und den Hunden unter anderem ein großer Bernhardiener, geben dem Ort einen besonderen ländlichen Charme.
Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass vieles Work in Progress ist. Hof und Haus werden aktuell teilweise noch renoviert. Außerdem handelt es sich in erster Linie um eine Monteursunterkunft. Ein großes Haus mit vielen Einzelzimmern. Die Nachbarn/Mitbewohner sind aber ruhig und sauber.
