Bronte Hideaway

House was in an excellent location for the high street shops and pubs. Instructions for house entry were made available 48 hours before arrival. The house was clean , modern and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable.

No microwave

Perfect location for the Brontë museum and the heritage steam railway - both well worth visiting.

Just a gentle warning that the stairs are difficult for less able visitors. We would have appreciated a grab handle or handrail at the top of the stairs on both floors. The house is beautifully appointed and decorated, comfortable beds and high level of comfort and cleanliness. The cosy sitting room would benefit from a coffee table, and somewhere to hang wet coats would be helpful. Both would protect the lovely carpet from potential spills and wet clothes.

Location was perfect for main street,cosy ,well lit cottage ,comfortable beds and reasonable size rooms

Staircase very steep and hand rail was on upside down so you didn't have nothing much to grip hold of.no door on kitchen into living room so if you have dogs/children, you have to be careful if wet that they don't run through house ,coz they have pale beige carpets🙄.no parking and awkward to get into property when arriving due to all vehicles parked on the tiny street leave sqeeze room to get down to property.the garden was fenced off but was usuable due to knee grass and not maintained and this lead straight into the living room so not good if you have dogs ,would be better if stoned up or astro tufed. No coat hooks as you enter kitchen side so no where to hang wet coats. Only small things but was lovely to stay here would definitely stay again.
