Room is clean, lobby smells nice. Aesthetic has been upgraded, linen is clean and bed is comfy. Basics are well provided, except toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Service staff not friendly, the restaurant staff at breakfast seems tired and overworked.

I like the grand appearance of the Hotel Lobby.. Staff were very welcoming.. greetings and nice smile. Good arrangements made by Mr Airiel, when I asked for a higher floors room. He did it instantly. Also Ms Adele was quick with issueing receipts and clear explaination.. all are qualities of an examplary service staff. Appreciate your warm welcome and services.. will come back the next visit. Full marks! Nice view also.. see attached photo

accessibility to the mall and convenience shop..

had two rooms booked but placed at different level, the difference is very vast, one of the room was dirty and bidet was missing the head. shower head and soap holder looks like its abt to fall off..the other room was great.
