Very easy location near the airport 24/7 checkin/out with friendly security gard at the entrance Easy to find Grabs Washing machine and equipped kitchen
Very difficult to reach the owner and get clear check-in instructions I have been asked to sign on a link saying I am an Airbnb guest and so I dont have access to the facility of the building (including swimming pool) The place doesn't match the picture on Booking. It looks like, but clearly less fancy Only place in Philippines where drinking water is not available
