Disappointed and dissatisfied

The location

We expected to find a non smoking house as requested when booking but the whole place reaked of nicotine and mold. The smell from the sofa in the living room was particularly bad. The pillows in the bedrooms had dirty spots on them as from mold. Because I am an astmatic this made me very uncomfortable and we decided to call DanCenter to let them know that we did not want to stay in the house as it was not what we had expected at all. We left the same day, not having unpacked anything and not having used any of the facilities which is why we have informed DanCenter that we expect a full refund including the deposit. Up until now my experience from booking through Booking.com has been generally good. I have used their service for the past 6 years but if they keep operating with DanCenter I will consider my health over my loyalty to Booking.com.
