We didn’t stay we left

Nicely decorated and clean

No heating just 2 heaters not enough I have complained building materials for rubbish left in a pile on the floor outside

Awful and dangerous ! Avoid at all costs

Not a lot.

There are exposed electrical cables in the shower Nail exposed at the foot of the double bed cutting foot. Screws left on floor wires exposed under the tv Dirty tea towel and stained bath mat Double bed was uncomfortable Overall the property looks like it was rented out in a rush. Various bits of finishing touches not complete. In painted wood and skirting which isn’t to much of a problem but it isn’t something you would expect of a 4 star advertised It falls far short of what was expected from the Promotional photos.

Exceptional for the money!

We were met by the owners who showed us the property What a gem! It exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. The location was great. A good base to explore the coast and the broads. The bed was so comfy - a giant king size or poss queen bed. It was warm throughout and didn't need heaters on much (December). The facilities were excellent with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. We will definitely return.

Wasn't sure about the location of property but only because google maps isn't up to date. Found it next to the premier shop.

Warm, comfy, well equipped

Not posh but ticks all the boxes, it was warm comfy, well equipped and great for what I needed.

Weird door at the back which link through to next door which was open. It did lock though, just strange it was open when I arrived.

Can’t wait to go home

Going home,

Pretty much all of it, beds were hard no privacy front door was just glass door no curtain overlooking other properties people could see right in broken cooker dirty cups people working upstairs till 8 at night not a homely feel!

We didn’t stay, we drove home instead.

There was no electricity at the property, and we had to wait for 2 different guys to come and see what was wrong. They then had to go and buy an electricity card to put money on the meter! On close inspection, the beds appeared slept in and unmade, and there was a stale smell to the place. We decided not to stay, and made a 2 1/2 hour drive home instead.

Will def be returning

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Norfolk. The location was absolutely perfect — everything was within easy reach, with a supermarket just a stone’s throw away. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was really comfy, and we slept so well each night. It felt like a real home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The only downside was that the outside area looked a bit messy due to some ongoing work, and we were woken up by drilling one morning. Other than that, it was a great stay and we’d happily come back once the work’s finished.
