Boa localização
Qualidade ruim do jogo de toalhas, lençóis e cobertor. E não reposição dos mesmos apesar da estadia ter sido de 7dias. Quase nenhum material de limpeza disponível para cozinha e banheiro.

O apto é novo, tem vista, perto do parque. Bem decorado.
A entrada não é pela rua informada, mas pela lateral (R. Des. Guimarães). Eu achei um pouco estranho o fato do apartamento ser tão bonito, ter 3 televisões, mas o papel higiênico disponibilizado é folha simples. Preferiria ter pagado 5 reais a mais para ter um papel higiênico de melhor qualidade.
