Oceanfront 1BR with Heated Pools, Coral Beach,New!

Amenities and room was good

Front desk could not help when we couldnt get into room, our code was not right. Tried calling big fish rentals and went straight to voicemail. Finally received a text and had to try 3 different codes but was finally able to get in after about 20 minutes. Room Could have been a little cleaner (balcony was dirty and some small other issues like oven etc)

The room felt like a home away from home. Pots,pans, dishes,ect. The view was pretty much as you see in the photos. It was so nice and relaxing.

We had no access to Starbucks, bowling or laundry as the room is private owned. But other than that no complaints at all! I have already told my family and friends about this room

The resort was beautiful and had so many onsite activities.

Because we rented from Big Fish and not directly from the resort the only onsite thing we had access to was the pools and hot tubs. We couldn’t even buy coffee at the onsite coffee shop

The room was ok could definitely be updated but decent, beautiful view overlooking the ocean and pool.Bonus pull down Murphy bed in the living room that wasn't listed, we personally didn't utilize ours but nice and unexpected.

Upon checking in I had to wait outside our room for over 40mins with my husband and all 3 kids plus all our belongings because they gave us the wrong door code so I had to sit there and blow up the rental company calling and messaging until I eventually get a text message back asking me to try another code.... front desk is useless and the entire resort staff will treat you as you are not a guest FYI read the fine print you cannot utilize ANYTHING at the resort other than the pools, no cafe for coffee *that you still pay for * no arcade, no bowling alley, no breakfast bar or pool bar that you also would *pay for * is permitted for your use renting through a third party we were unaware until trying to purchase a coffee the first morning and was turned down. The rental company did not have any issue messaging about charging more if we wanted to check in earlier or checkout later but completely ignored me when expressing my irritation of being late to a booked dinner show because of our late check in due to them not giving us the proper door code. No apology, no offer to make anything right, just ignored. The second night my son seen a bug in the living room that I tried convincing myself was a cricket that ran fast af to a hole in the wall by the AC....there were a few hole in the wall but also caked on dust in the AC I seen when trying to kill said bug. Overall customer service needs improved, cleanliness needs improved, furniture like the worn out couch, box living room TV , unsable clothing vanity, or ripped up curtains should be better!
