Breathtaking Ocean View Condo, Coral Beach Resort!

The location is great and the beds are comfortable enough. The balcony was a great spot to watch the sunrise; they are right about the view. The space is well laid out. The kitchen was sparsely but sufficiently equipped. Contact from hosts was plentiful. Had there been an immediate problem, I had many ways to contact them. Linens were provided, as was toilet paper, though the contract stated otherwise. Vacuum cleaner was available in the closet.

This is a private rental within a hotel, which I did not understand from the booking page. Because of this, guests are not permitted to use any of the hotel amenities, not even to purchase coffee in the coffee shop in the hotel. Once I booked and paid, I was sent an additional contract. Contact from hosts was an email or app message reminding of the rules 2-3 times a day. The room itself was a bit run down: peeling caulk, shower curtain that wouldn't stay closed, that musty smell you get at the beach when things aren't aired out often. We were instructed not to hang beach things on the balcony or leave the door open, so I understand where that was coming from. We vacuumed the entire condo on the first morning we were there after our kid sat on the floor to play and we noticed the condition of the carpet.
