The place was nice and clean and had all the necessary facilities. Fabio (the host) was lovely. On one of the days he brought us cake that his mum had made, which was unexpected and very kind (and the cake was really tasty). We had access to a balcony from our room and a balcony from the kitchen, which was great for catching the light from two directions. The beds were very comfy. The room had clothes pegs which you could use to hang up clothes outside after washing them, which was useful. There was also a garden and a wall outside covered in pale flowers that smelled very nice. It took about 40 minutes to get from the flat to the colloseum via walking and the metro. Would definetely recommend as a place to stay.

Not the fault or responsibility of the property, but be aware if you are on a work trip to the Italian Space Agency (ASI) facilities that there is no easy pedestrian crossing from the property to ASI and you will have to cross a busy road with lots of fast cars.

Tutto perfetto. La camera e il bagno erano pulitissimi. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. È sicuramente una struttura che consiglio!
