It was close to a lot of shops, as well as the port/marina. It was also nice that the building was located on a pedestrian street. It's definitely a great little bnb for solo stays. Relatively clean as well.

Insanely humid. We tried having the air-conditioning on dry, opening the balcony door, having the ventilation mechanism in the bathroom open for long periods of time, but no matter what we did, the humidity was still way too much. The doors are made of glass, it's like having curtains for doors, so you can hear the other person doing their business in the bathroom, it was a bit awkward (also, avoid this place if someone in your group snores, there is no escape). There is hot water, but the boiler is probably very small, so it only lasts for about 5 minutes. You then have to pause your bath/shower and wait for the water to boil again before continuing.
