La ubicación y el tamaño del piso, con dos dormitorios y terraza. Nada que reprochar a las instalaciones ni al propietario.
Zona de aparcamiento difícil, más aún en verano. Algo incómodo el cargar con las maletas desde un aparcamiento a casi 1 km.

Apartamento muy cómodo equipado con todo lo necesario, y en una ubicación excepcional, a dos pasos de la playa,
En la entrada al edificio hay varios escalones antes de llegar al pasillo. El edificio tiene ascensor, pero para ir con carrito, esos escalones dificultan un poco el acceso.

La situación es de 10. Ni a 50metros de la playa!! Paseo marítimo y bares, supermercados... Genial!!!
