Fantastic communication leading up to stay, providing reassurance about what to do on arrival. Property had written instructions throughout to help guide check out, connect to WIFI etc. Everything felt very clear and straightforward. Property was extremely well equipped and myself and the children were very relaxed and happy there. We all slept like logs! Would recommend!
There were a few very minor things that did not impact what was a fantastic stay: No bin bag in bin so had to faff on arrival, digging a bag out of the cupboard under the sink. No biggie just always come armed with rubbish after car journeys with kids! The bin lid seemed to be broken too and wouldn’t shut. The downstairs toilet was hard to flush and got stuck in ‘flush mode’. The middle floor double bedroom had a blind I couldn’t shut properly but that may have been me! There were no laundry capsules (that I could find) which were specified as supplied. I deliberately didn’t bring my own as thought there’d be some.
