Deceptively quiet location. Quite easy to find and as the name suggests, quite Central to pretty much anywhere in Cornwall.
Purely for me, as I have a partial disability, the stairs inside the house have no grip surface, on the treads which given the prerequisite to remove ones shoes at the door, presents someone such as myself with a bit of a stair management issue!

Excellent communication, good location, there’s a supermarket just 5min from the house, the house was clean and had all necessary facilities.
I didn’t find it cosy.

Excellent communication throughout really clear instructions on how to find the venue, best places to park and how to use and find things once in. Basic but nicely done out and nice to have tea/coffee and milk available on arrival and a TV in the bedroom. Also very close to Tesco which was really handy
Sofa is a bit hard but owner looking at getting a new one which will make it much nicer. Stairs need careful manoeuvring but manageable. Quiet and got a good night sleep even though mattress bit soft for my liking but that's just personal preference great pillows though

Nice little miners cottage, had mostly what we needed ie. a bed, a kitchen, WiFi, somewhere to sit! Instructions before and during all good.
It was very basic, it was fine for a few nights but I wouldn't want to spend a week there. Parking was a challenge.
