Location. Number of beds/bedrooms.
The house/location all was nice. Wheni arrived the house wasn't ready for me to check in at my 4:00 check in time. For some reason the more that was broken was still getting fixed and a driving camera was installed outside the home. I don't remember seeing on the website that it wasn't the entire house that I was renting for that price (I only saw it the night after my check in instructions was sent after l heard people moving around later that day). Whomever lives/rents the upper part did not care about us staying below. During the day it wasn't any problems but BOTH Friday and Saturday night from 11 pm until about 1:30 am it sounded like they were moving furniture consistently and the cat/dog scratched ALLLLLLL night above the master bedroom, all night. I didn't get any rest which was half of the reason I rented an air bnb vs a hotel.
