The location was perfect and staff was responsive. So much room and privacy. The condos seemed to be soundproof as we heard no beach commotion. Didn't see a singular roach and the condo was clean! Also because the doors were keyless we didn't have to worry about losing a key. Very helpful!!
The app wouldn't let me verify my identity and the front desk scared me by telling me bigfish left at 4 and I would have to get another room for 600+... Thankfully they responded very quickly with the door code. The front desk staff did not speak highly of Big fish but our experience was completely different. Very prompt and reassuring
The only other thing I did not like was the many messages about my stay ending a day before so it also gave me pretty bad anxiety. Big fish quickly responded to my anxieties and reassured me the automated messages went out too early.

The 15min parking area needs more space to fit in.
