Be careful if you stay here and mind your step literally.
The worse experience I’ve had at an apartment was here. So when we first entered everything looked good I found it a bit odd when I would ask him questions and some of his replies would be weird like I asked him about the soundproofing because they have speakers and I wanted to use the speakers but I didn’t want to disturb any of the other guests when I asked him about it his reply was “are you going to have a party in here” anyways I shrug it off and just keep the volume down on the speakers the big issue happened later in the day I was in the bedroom watching movies on the tv I stepped out of the bedroom and fell on a big puddle of water I injured my hand and my leg from the fall as I landed on the tiles I look up and see water dripping from the ceiling. The puddle was right outside the bedroom door. I message the guy telling him he’s got a leak he instantly calls me and says he’s aware about the leak and he’s currently dealing with it if he was aware about the leak I don’t understand why he wouldn’t let me know about it before I injured myself anyways he asks if he can come down and clean it up and move us into a downgraded room he came down cleaned up the leak I asked him about some sort of compensation as where getting downgraded and I injured myself pretty badly. He said he would offer me 50% off my next stay me standing there confused thinking what makes him think I’m going to stay here again after this incident he sees me pretty annoyed then he jumps all jolly and says how about this I’ll make your next booking free thinking ok that doesn’t sound bad even though I’d rather not stay here I’ll go with that so we get moved to the downgraded room I go into the hallway to find him to give him the old rooms key I find him and I ask him about the free stay where he then goes “yeah yeah I’ll sort it I’ll sort it” in a very unconvincing way.
