Well appointment apartment and brilliant location.

Mattress on bed sinking a little. Noisy on one night of our stay but hosts have supplied ear plugs which helped.

This small apartment is in an active night life area and there are busy clubs and restaurants across the street, so if you're a very light sleeper or have small children this may not be the location for you. However, if you like a lively area with a lot of choices in bars and restaurants, you will find this a good choice.

I needed to have the entry procedure reviewed to me and it took me about three times to get comfortable with the two ground level doors that you have to get through within about 20 seconds. The manager is very amenable to explaining and modifying the app that allows you to get into the building and the apartment.

It was quite warm in there and the AC didn’t do a whole lot so have to keep the windows open

Our host was wonderful, she met me at the front of the property to ensure I got in OK and explained everything. She even moved us to a higher floor where a room was ready earlier than the one I had booked. She was incredibly helpful and responsive through messages and couldn't do enough to help us navigate the property and the area. She even provided a gift card for coffee which was very thoughtful! The property was right near downtown Calgary, super close to bars and restaurants and a short walk to the Saddledome which was the primary reason we were in town.

The property is situated in a large apartment block which looked a little intimidating from outside, but seemed secure once we were inside. The apartment block is on a busy street, opposite a few noisy bars, one of which played loud music until 2am. This is not a place to stay if you value your sleep!
