At approximately *** a night depending on specific fluctuating booking rates, this hotel is a real bargain. Its biggest drawback is that it's really sort of far away from everything as far as location is concerned, but even that has its charm in that the locals are very friendly and excited to see foreigners. The Facilities are a bit problematic. As a super-buget hotel, repairs come slowly, if at all. They promptly moved to me a new room when my door lock stopped working upon arrival. However, they have made no moves to install an overhead shower holder or address the backed up sink. But these problems are tolerable and well worth the deeply discounted price I am paying. Ants are a problem if you eat inside the room, but with care and diligence it is a surmountable problem. The staff are excellent, though not all of them speak English, so always make sure you have access to a translation app if you don't speak Vietnamese. Usually there is only one concierge on duty at a time, though occasionally there are two. The bed is super comfortable, and so is the other furniture. The vanity chair is a wooden stool, but if you sit on a pillow it is comfortable enough. There are many restaurants and shops on the street the hotel is on, including a convenience store right nextdoor, and a laundry service and a gym across the street. The nearest ATM that works seems to be at Coop Mart, which is a fair distance away, so be aware of that. I don't think most of the rooms have windows, but they are still pleasant. The bathrooms don't seem to have individual spot heaters, so sometimes the hot water runs out, but perhaps a central water heater is safer. I love it here, and I am really glad I took the risk of staying so far away from the city center.

The first room they gave me was terrible, smelted so bad I struggled to sleep so I ask for an upgrade the next day and the cute girl at the reception was very helpful and understanding hooked me up which was far better, spacious and had a balcony so thank you very much 🙏 definitely be back next time.
