Accessibility, the cleanliness was top notch and the human resource so hospitable.

I like the Location , the view from the balcony , the place is very clean and kitchen well equipped . Security is very good . Especially the owner of property very friendly and informative.

Evan's place was very cozy and comfortable. The host was highly responsive to our needs, despite being located far away. We will definitely choose this place when we are in Nairobi again.

Was double booked

Was a little upset cause the suite was double booked when we arrived in the middle of the night with wife and infant because apparently we had booked a fully flexible reservation and we got an automated message ( i think so) which asked for a prepayment but booking stated payment on arrival cause we had a confirmed reservation but he insisted that reservations were only valid with payments. To some extent makes sense as some guests might really be inconsiderate and cancel at the very last minute but some of us have high ranks on booking.com and could not possibly fail to show up. The host was kind enough to find us an alternative from a different host in the same location.
